Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Priviet Flowers collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
The operator of this website is Priviet Flowers Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR under company number 80782614.
For any question about your data, write to sales@priviet.flowers. We answer these ourselves; there is no ticketing system to get lost in.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the price-list request form: your name, your company, your email address, and — if you choose to give it — a phone number or messenger handle.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
3. Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, send you the current price list, and carry on the commercial correspondence that follows. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing. We do not send bulk marketing email.
4. Our legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you sent us.
For visitors in Russia, processing is carried out on the basis of consent under Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. For visitors in the EU and UK, the bases are Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Where your data goes
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored on its infrastructure outside your country before reaching our mailbox. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
This means your data crosses borders. If you would rather it did not, contact us directly by email or messenger instead of using the form — the addresses are on the site and reach the same people.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead to a commercial relationship are kept for as long as that relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as accounting and customs rules require.
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. You can withdraw your consent at any time — that does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
Write to sales@priviet.flowers. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Russia that is Roskomnadzor; in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you. We are a small team and we do not pretend to hold certifications we do not hold.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the current version applies.
