How to place an order

What you need to know before you write to us: what the minimum order is where you are, how the boxes are packed, and how the process runs from enquiry to delivery.

The process

  1. 1. Tell us where you are and what you need

Send the form at the bottom of this page, or write to us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email. Tell us your destination city and roughly how many boxes you are thinking about — that is enough to start.

  2. 2. We send the current price list

Prices move with the season and the route, so we quote against live availability rather than a fixed catalogue. The list is updated weekly.

  3. 3. You confirm the order

Whole boxes only. We confirm varieties, counts and the shipping week in writing before anything is cut.

  4. 4. Cut, graded, packed, flown

Stems are cut to order, checked against the agreed specification, packed and cooled, then flown out on the week's consolidated shipment.

  5. 5. Collection or delivery

Collect from our Moscow partner warehouse, or we arrange onward delivery to your address at cost.

Minimum order depends on where you are

A single box makes sense on a route we already fly every week — adding one more box to an existing consolidation costs almost nothing, and it lowers the cost per box for everyone on that shipment. On a route we do not yet serve regularly, one box would have to carry the whole freight cost on its own, which helps nobody. So the minimum follows the route, not the customer.

Prices depend on destination and volume. Larger volumes on an established route are quoted accordingly — ask us.

How the boxes are packed

Standard pack norms for the main lines.

CropStandard pack
Chrysanthemum, spray≈160 stems per box
Chrysanthemum, disbud≈80 stems per box
Gypsophila14 bunches × ≈15 stems ≈ 210 stems, 8 kg net
Ruscus30 bunches × 10 stems = 300 stems
Rose10 bunches × 20 stems = 200 stems
Anthurium30–40 or 40–50 flowers per carton, stem 55–60 cm

Roughly how many stems is that?

An indicative guide only — actual counts are confirmed on the order.

Approximately 160 stems

These figures are indicative. Exact varieties, stem counts and pack norms are confirmed when the order is placed.

Questions we are asked

Can I really order just one box?

To Moscow, yes. We fly a consolidated shipment every week, so one extra box adds very little cost. On routes we do not yet serve weekly, the minimum is higher — see the table above.

Do you sell by the stem or make up bouquets?

No. We sell whole boxes as they are packed at source. Splitting boxes at the warehouse would break the cold chain and the count.

What documents come with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin (Form EAV under the Vietnam–EAEU free trade agreement). We prepare these in house.

How long does it take?

Air freight from Cam Ranh or Ho Chi Minh City. Transit time is confirmed per order together with the route and availability. Usual delivery time is 10–14 days from confirmed order and prepayment. Flowers are cut or collected 3–5 days before shipment.

What do you actually supply?

Chrysanthemum (spray and disbud), lilies, roses, gerbera, lisianthus, calla, alstroemeria, anthurium, mokara orchid, plus greenery and fillers — ruscus, eucalyptus, gypsophila, monstera — and tropicals such as heliconia, red ginger and bird of paradise. A typical consignment carries 15–16 lines.

Do prices change?

Yes, with the season and the route. That is why the price list is issued on request and updated weekly rather than published.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell us immediately, with photographs of the cartons and the stems against the box marking. We agree the specification with you before the order precisely so that this conversation is short.
